This was the reason that AUTOBAHN.es was brought to life. The number of innocent people being taken advantage of by private sellers as well as used vehicle dealerships has gotten worse, and the stories have gotten more extreme.
Buyers currently are faced with used vehicles that have been clocked (some even multiple times), repaired poorly after a major accident, or just completely neglected. The used market is no longer just like walking through a minefield, it’s like trying to find your way through a minefield while playing HIT THE POT.
A person wanting to buy a used vehicle shouldn’t have to fear being scammed while doing so. AUTOBAHN.es was created to offer private sellers along with dealerships a platform to list cars with as many details as possible. That is why we offer listings with up to 20 pictures, encourage sellers to make videos of their vehicle and add it direct to the listing. We also have provided the means of adding PDFs which can be used to upload invoices, service records, neutral evaluations and history reports.
We have also teamed up with carVertical. Sellers must provide a valid VIN number when creating their advertisement which then can be checked via carVertical which gives potential customers a piece of mind when viewing the car.
